One of the many great things about living in Hawaii and, especially on the North Shore, is the abundance of unique and unusual fruits. Do you want to guess the name of this one? Dragon fruit. Interesting, huh? That's Tan and her husband, Thai, in the background. They are hard, hardworking farmers from Kahuku who provide excellent opportunities to sample fruits you've never seen before.
