Anita's Art School

Anita is drove us to the train station. We stopped at her college called Otis. It's an art school. There are some classes for children this summer. There was one about designing toys!! I wish I was a kid!

Crema Dolci

We finished dinner and walked down to the beach. It was getting cooler and cooler. We met a sweet, blonde third grade girl named McKenzie who was riding a newfangled skateboard---------a wave! It had only two wheels!!
Then we walked back into Redondo for gelato, Italian ice cream. WOW!! There were so many flavors it was hard to choose just one. That's Heather scoopin' and smilin' in the background.

Here I am at the Riviera Grill with my new friend, Anita. We ate some yummy Mexican food outside on the terrace. I was pretty chilly. Fortunately, there were these overhead heaters that blew hot air around us so I kept warm. I had a few bites of Anita's fajitas!!

On My Way

Here I am with my owner, Rex. Notice the Hawaiian Airlines plane in the background. That's the one in which we flew. It was a smooth flight and the time, five hours in the air, went by quickly. We landed in Los Angeles, California about dinnertime. It was bright and sunny and cooooooool. I'm used to Hawaii weather---warm and breezy.
