Carol Hogan was visiting from Oregon. She stopped by the Fair to buy a few Christmas presents. She moved from the Big Island to the West Coast several years ago. She had been doing all the public relations for the Triple Crown of Surfing event which is the biggest series of contests on the Association of Surfing Professionals World Tour.
