Jessica, a student at Hawaii Baptist Academy, was lending a hand to her mom, Liane (in the photo before this one). Jessica loved making a hat for me. She had been at the booth for awhile and was just getting ready to leave the Book and Music Festival to go surfing. (Now, that's a girl after my own heart; surfing is good exercise!)
